1. Do you ship outside India?

No. We currently ship within India only.


2. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 may have a standard shipping charge shown at checkout.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


4. Which courier partners do you use?

We ship via trusted partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.


5. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our Tracking Page.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at shopify.edone@gmail.com.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if you provide an unboxing video as proof. Return shipping fee: ₹199 (deducted from refund).


8. Are exchanges allowed?

Yes, we offer exchanges only for wrong or damaged products. An unboxing video is required to request an exchange.


9. How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to your bank account (for COD orders), within 8–15 business days after return approval.


10. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. COD is available at no extra charge. However, phone verification may be required before we ship your COD order.
